View ImagesThe Lewis and Clark College Fields Dining Hall project is the renovation of a 9,500 sf. dining facility. Originally constructed in 1956 and last remodeled in 1990, Fields required an update to meet the evolving needs of the student population.
Holst’s reorganization of the serving area meets the peak time demands of the student body and the food management organization, while providing the flexibility for future programmatic or operational changes.
