Breaking Ground in Boise

The Fowler, a new mixed-use residential project in Boise, Idaho, broke ground with the Mayor of Boise, Mike Brown from LocalConstruct, Holst’s Kim Wilson, Kevin Valk, and Brittany Shreiner, among many others in attendance.

One of downtown Boise’s first new multifamily housing projects in decades, The Fowler is a mix of retail, residential, and live/work spaces, meant to revitalize the area and provide housing units for professionals that currently commute to work downtown from the surrounding suburbs.

The Fowler “will trigger a revival in the Central Addition and enhance downtown’s long-term desirability,” LocalConstruct co-founder, Casey Lynch, said.
