After expanding his experience with multi-family residential projects at Holst, Rick has built upon his talents of resolving technical design issues and adapting code analysis.

For the past several years, Rick has been working on Glisan Landing, an affordable housing development in East Portland. The project consists of three buildings: Aldea, an affordable housing building; Beacon, a Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) building; and an on-site preschool.

In his free time, Rick can be found camping, biking, and exploring the wonders of the PNW.
