With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Kristina joined Holst with a background on a variety of project types. Now focusing primarily on affordable and market-rate multifamily housing, she has contributed to more than 15 housing projects across the Pacific Northwest. A skilled architect and designer, Kristina’s attention to detail is instrumental to her success in creating beautiful, efficient designs. She is a collaborative designer who enjoys participating in every design phase, working with all levels of staff to foster a supportive and educational office culture.

In the Summer of 2024, Kristina completed her work on Catholic Charities Francis + Clare Place. The Permanent Supportive Housing development located in Portland’s Central Eastside provides 61 units for people transitioning out of houselessness.

Outside of design, Kristina enjoys getting outside and hiking or camping, or when it’s rainy, staying inside to bake or do puzzles.
