Kim joined Holst with over 35 years of experience in the Portland development and construction community. Prior to Holst, Kim spent 21 years at Walsh Construction Co., 15 of which were devoted to leading business development for the company. As Development Director, Kim leads new business strategy, strategic initiatives, and community affairs efforts.

Kim enjoys volunteering in the Portland community with youth-focused organizations. For over 10 years, she has worked with the nonprofit Project Lemonade, currently serving on the Board of Directors. The organization helps foster youth and families get ready for back to school. Outside of work, Kim is a beach bum and hangs out at the Oregon Coast whenever she can.
