Project Architect

We are searching for a project architect who will plan and develop medium-to large-scope projects with many complexities, and will oversee team(s) of architects and design staff. You will be responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments. You must possess extensive technical skills and experience including the ability to develop concepts and generate solutions in schematic design through construction administration of a project. You must use thorough technical knowledge and understanding of architectural and engineering components of buildings and their interrelationships to execute a “big idea.”

Requirements

  • Professional Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the industry
  • Revit Proficiency
  • Significant experience in multi-family design
