Office Coordinator

Holst’s Portland office is searching for a resourceful and motivated individual with a positive attitude to help keep our workplace running efficiently as our office coordinator. A successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.

The office coordinator will provide general administrative support to our team, coordinate office calendars, events, and common areas, restock supplies, and submit maintenance requests as needed. The coordinator will also serve as the first point of contact for visitors, as well as answer phone and email inquiries. A personable and detail-oriented individual will do well in this role.

Requirements

  • Working in person at our Portland location
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing tools
  • Performing physical tasks and lifting up to 25 lbs. (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions)

  • 6-month contract, 25-40 hours per week
