Nici joined Holst in 2017 with previous experience on educational and residential projects, including contributing to the creation of quality learning environments and preparing bond materials for local public schools. She enjoys working on diverse project types and has a holistic approach to creating healthy and productive environments that positively impact the community. Nici enjoys working with clients who share these values, recently contributing to Holst’s pro-bono efforts for Street Roots, a nonprofit social justice newspaper dedicated to helping people experiencing homelessness and poverty. Nici enjoys other creative pursuits outside of project work, including participating in the Portland Winter Lights Festival.
Recently, Nici has been working on Julia West House, a 12-story mass timber tower that will provide 90 units (60 studios and 30 one-bedrooms) of Permanent Supportive Housing. On-site services will be provided by NARA Northwest and the Northwest Pilot Project.
