Originally from New York, Erin joined Holst in 2017, bringing a variety of professional experience that ranges from theatrical design and construction in New York City to woodworking and cabinet making in Philadelphia. At Holst, Erin has experience in education, housing, hospitality, and healthcare projects. Her interests include the holistic integration of universal design principles, active and passive sustainable design methods, materiality, and detailing.

In Spring 2024, Erin completed her work on the Oregon State University Patricia Valian Reser Center for the Creative Arts in Corvallis, Oregon. She has since shifted her focus to Broadway Corridor Parcel 4A. The 14-story, 230-unit affordable housing building will be the first to go vertical in the larger Broadway Corridor site.
