Before joining Holst in 2022, Connor worked in Texas for eight years, where he worked on large-scale commercial office and tenant improvement projects as well as adaptive reuse projects, such as the new office for the Architecture & Design Exchange (ADEX) in Dallas, Texas. Connor served as a member and chair of numerous committees with AIA Dallas, where he immersed himself in architecture advocacy at both the local and state levels. Connor is excited to bring his experience to Holst and is interested in working on mass-timber and affordable housing projects.

Outside of work, Connor likes to be creative, whether that be drawing, model building, playing drums, or making music. He is excited to get outside and explore the PNW to find the best spots for fly fishing.

How do I become an architect? What is the difference between Architecture and Engineering? Can I job shadow an architect for a day? How do architects turn designs into buildings? Can I tour your office with my child? What roles can I perform in architecture? How do I know if architecture is the field for me? Would an architect speak to my class about architecture? What degrees do I need to be an architect?

Holst invites curious minds to ask questions about architecture.
