Holst is a JUST Organization

Holst is proud to announce that we have received our first JUST label through Living Future’s JUST Program. JUST is a voluntary reporting tool for organizations to disclose their operations, including how they treat their employees and engage with their communities.

The goals of the JUST Program are to:

  • Elevate discussion around social justice in all organizations
  • Create a common language for social justice issues
  • Elevate causes of those individuals who lead these issues
  • Change the policies and practices of thousands of organizations worldwide
  • Make life better for people from all walks of life

To earn a JUST label, participating organizations must submit a summary of their policies and practices for Living Future to evaluate. Indicator scores are determined based on specific, measurable metrics.

Obtaining a JUST label was a valuable exercise in accountability and transparency. While we are proud of our current efforts, we recognize that there is always room for growth and improvement. The JUST framework will act as a benchmark against which we can evaluate ourselves and measure progress.

How do I become an architect? What is the difference between Architecture and Engineering? Can I job shadow an architect for a day? How do architects turn designs into buildings? Can I tour your office with my child? What roles can I perform in architecture? How do I know if architecture is the field for me? Would an architect speak to my class about architecture? What degrees do I need to be an architect?

Holst invites curious minds to ask questions about architecture.
